Green kernel Pistachio

These pistachios are obtained by harvesting unripe pistachios. They are sun-dried, shelled and then dipped in boiling water to obtain a beautiful green appearance. The more intense the green colour, the better the quality. This explains the higher price of the green Kernel pistachio. Based on the intensity of the green colour, the green kernel categorizes into different grades.
